Delivery Policy for Compliment Air and Electrical

This delivery policy is hereby incorporated into and forms part of our agreement with you. You must read this policy together with our Terms and Conditions.

Place of delivery

Compliment Air and Electrical delivers door-to-door to all nine provinces within South Africa.

On check out, you will need to indicate the physical address and area code within South Africa where you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with the delivery.

Please ensure that you provide us with your daytime delivery details as products are typically delivered during working hours between 8:00 – 17:00.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Your parcel will be delivered to the physical address you specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at that address at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the goods a maximum of 3 times before returning them back to the Compliment Air and Electrical Store.

Clients are also welcome to arrange their own courier to collect parcels from our store. We do not take liability if a clients makes use of their own courier.

Delivery Fees and Free Shipping Rules

All orders over R500 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

All orders within 10KM range from our store at 21 Rebecca Street, Pretoria West qualify for Free Shipping.

For orders under R500, shipping charges will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the weight of your basket and area code.  

Delivery Time Frames

With Standard Shipping to major centres, and when orders are placed during the calendar week (Mon-Fri) with no public holiday interference, you will receive your order between 2 – 3 days after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed, this may vary depending on your location. 

Deliveries outside of major centres can expect to be received between 2 – 5 days after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Weekends or where a Public Holiday interferes will take longer to be delivered.

Delivery times are calculated from when your order is dispatched from our shop and not when your order is placed. Please contact us should you have any questions relating to delivery.

Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Compliment Air and Electrical will inform you as soon as possible if any products ordered by you are not available.
